How to Order

  1. To place an order, simply create an account or log in to your account so that you can track your order status. You will not be able to track its status without an account.

  2. You may change the prices on our site to display in your country's currency by using the drop-down list at the top of the page.

  3. All orders are processed in Singapore Dollars as we are based in Singapore. The currency convertor on our site follows XE currency exchange rates. The actual amount payable will be determined by your credit card's bank.

  4. Select your item and click "Add to cart". Your item will be added into your shopping cart. Please ensure that your item is selected correctly as we are unable to make amendments after an order is submitted.

  5. Cancellation of orders are not strictly not allowed. Refunds in such situation will only be made in store credits, in the form of a gift card.

  6. Combination of orders placed on different days are strictly not allowed.

  7. You should be able to see that the item has been added into your shopping cart.
  8. Click the "Checkout" button, and you will be directed to the Shipping Method page.

  9. Different shipping rates applies based on your location. Please refer to the respective tabs above to understand more on our shipping charges.

  10. Joyeus ships worldwide through various shipping partners. Overseas shipping will be charged according to weight of items and will be advised accordingly at check out. Please contact us at contactus@shopjoyeus.com for more information if you do not see your country listed.

  11. Please ensure all details, especially your mailing address, are filled in correctly to prevent any delays or lost mails. Should a parcel be sent back to us due to insufficient address / incorrect address or returned for any other reasons, it will be resent via Singpost Normal Mail (without tracking facilities) only.

  12. Unless upon special request by customer to resend by Singpost Registered Mail or Ninja Van. And as such, postage fees are to be borne by customer.

  13. If you have store credits / gift card / coupon code, please input the code before carting out. No refunds will not be made for orders where store credits / gift card / coupon code are not entered at point of purchase.

  14. We only accept Card payment (Mastercard and Visa) at the moment. You can either make payment directly, or via Paypal's gateway.
  15. You'll also receive an email notification when order and payment are placed successfully, reflecting your order number as well.

  16. Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive an email notification stating that your order is on its way to you.

  17. Orders are shipped out according to order numbers. Combination of orders placed on different days are strictly not allowed.

  18. Orders may be combined and mailed as one parcel if address labels of orders under the same address are printed out on the same day.

  19. Our stocks are stored overseas to lower costs. Once an order is placed, it will be processed the next working day.

  20. Thereafter, it will be ready for delivery after 5-7 working days, and another 2-3 working days for the delivery to be completed.
