Returns
Having a change of mind for your purchase? Mail back the item(s) to our return address with a completed copy of our Returns Form, downloadable here.
*Note: Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Refunds will be done in the form of store credits only, via a gift card. It can be used for your next purchase, with no expiry date. Requests for cash refunds will not be entertained.
*Note: Returns can only be done once per item per order.

ncorrect/Defective Item

In an unfortunate case of an incorrect item or defective item mailed, we sincerely apologise in advance for the unintentional mistake. Please send us a photo of the incorrect/defective area(s) at contactus@shopjoyeus.com so that we can advise further.

We will assess your photos of the incorrect/defective area(s) and advise the return arrangements in order for us to retrieve incorrect/defective item from you. We will not be able to absorb any additional cost incurred due to a deviated form of return.

Size Exchange
We don't do one-to-one exchanges. If you like to make an size exchange, please mail back the item to our return address with our Returns Memo, downloadable here. We will issue a store credits refund so that you can place another order in your preferred size. This in return allows you to have a new order number and tracking number for your exchanged item.
*Note: Size exchange can only be done once per item per order.


Incorrect address entered by customer
If a parcel is returned to us returned to us due to insufficient address / incorrect address or returned for any other reason, it will be sent back via Local Registered Mail and as such, fees are to be borne by customer.


Rejected Returns
The eligibility of your returns will be further assessed based on the physical item we received. Should it fail to meet our requirements for an eligible return, it will be rejected and returned. As such, postage fees for the returns to be sent back are to be borne by customer.


Please take a moment to read the following before you submit a return or exchange request.

  1. For your returns to be valid, it must be post and dated to us within the 14 days from your order's received date. Late returns will be duly declined
  2. Item must be purchased directly from us at www.shopjoyeus.com.
  3. Item must be returned in original condition with intact packaging (i.e item cannot be worn, ironed, altered, damaged, unscented or washed, etc.)
  4. Tags must be intact for item(s) returned.
  5. All original parts and accessories must be included.
  6. Items purchased using Store Credits, Promotional Codes, and/or under Finale or Accessories category are NOT eligible for Returns, unless special circumstances.
  7. Kindly note that giftcode that has a similar format (e.g. NORETURN1078XXXX) WILL NOT be eligible for future return. Any item being sent back to us will be rejected.
  8. Please pack the return item(s) securely. You may re-use the original packaging or any other form of packaging. Joyeus is unable to reimburse packaging material costs for exchanges.
  9. Send your parcel via a delivery method that allows tracking. Joyeus will not be responsible for any lost mail.
  10. Returns will be acknowledged within 5 business days after we receive the returned item, and processed accordingly thereafter. In general, processing for returns requests will be completed within 10 working days.
  11. You will be refunded the purchase amount for the item (at time of purchase) in the form of store credits via a gift card. Any discount, rebate, or promotion may be pro-rated accordingly.
  12. In the event where item is out of stock, store credits or refunds may be issued.
  13. Postage charges paid for completed orders are non-refundable.
  14. Meet-ups will strictly not be adhered to for exchanges and returns.
  15. Joyeus reserves the right to reject your size exchange or return request if your item do not meet the above conditions or deemed suspicious.

The following reasons will not be considered for defective returns:

  1. Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on individual's monitor. Product's photos are taken under professional studio environment thus may be slight color differences from actual item.
  2. Deliberate damage of the item in order to make item eligible for exchange.
  3. Minor defects such as loose threads, scratches or slight stains which are not obvious under normal lighting, slight asymmetry, slight misalignment of seams, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on, or any reason that are similar in effect, are not considered as defects.
  4. In general, 'defects' that do not affect the general outlook of the apparels when worn will not be considered as defects and hence, are not eligible for defective returns.
  5. Defects which are caused/appear after washing and/or handling by the customer are also not accepted for defective returns.

Note:

  1. Item's eligibility or 'defective' enough to qualify for an exchange will be determined based on the discretion of Joyeus.
  2. Postage to Joyeus for returns shall be borne by customer, unless agreed otherwise.
  3. Joyeus will bear to-and-fro postages for defective or incorrect items only. We will not be able to absorb any additional cost incurred due to a deviated form of return. Please fill in the Return Form here with the relevant details so we can proceed with the reimbursement.
